VKD

The VKD ball valve is a fully unionised valve that stands up to the most severe industrial applications. The innovative patented DualBlock® ensures the valve nuts are retained in position under the most arduous conditions, while the SeatStop® design offers the ability to make micro-adjustments to the ball seat carrier while the valve is in-line.

  • PVC-U, ABS, Corzan CPVC, Polypropylene and PVDF
  • Multiple seal options available
  • Locking handle available upon request
  • WRAS Approved
  • Sizes 3/8" to 4" (imperial)
  • Sizes 16mm to 110mm (metric)
VXE

The VXE ball valve is compact and fully unionised, and offers exceptional value for a range of industrial applications. The quick release handle allows the installer to easily tighten the union nuts and ball seat carrier. The handle also offers the ability to self brand the valve for identification purposes using the optical transparent module.

  • PVC-U, ABS, Corzan CPVC and Polypropylene
  • Sizes 3/8" to 4" (imperial)
  • Sizes 16mm to 110mm (metric)
TKD

The TKD 3-way ball valve, is a fully unionised valve for use in diverting or mixing applications. The innovative patented DualBlock® ensures the valve nuts are retained in position under the most arduous conditions, while the SeatStop® design offers the ability to make micro adjustments to the ball seat carrier while the valve is in-line.

  • PVC-U, ABS, Corzan CPVC and Polypropylene
  • Multiple seal options available
  • ‘T’ port or ‘L’ port configurations available
  •  Locking handle available on request
  • Sizes 3/8" to 2" (imperial)
  • Sizes 16mm to 63mm (metric)
VKR

Perfectly suited for chemical dosing applications, the VKR metering ball valve combines VKD reliability with an accurate flow regulation function due to the patented ball design. The VKR can be adjusted at 5o intervals using the scale on top of the valve, offering complete precision for the application.

  • PVC-U, ABS and Polypropylene
  • Multiple seal options available
  • WRAS approved
  • Sizes 3/8" to 2" (imperial)
  • Sizes 16mm to 63mm (metric)

Butterfly valves

Butterfly valves offer an ideal solution for isolation requirements during periods of shutdown or planned maintenance where space is at a premium, particularly in larger diameters.

FK

The FK valve is designed for use in the most demanding industrial applications. The PP-GR body offers chemical and corrosion resistance in aggressive environments, while the built-in locking handle offers security during operation. Offered with the option of DIN or ANSI drillings as standard.

  • PVC-U, ABS, Corzan CPVC and Polypropylene disc options
  • Flanged and lugged end of line connection options
  • Sizes 1½" to 18" (imperial)
  • Sizes 50mm to 450mm (metric)
FE

The FE valve offers excellent value isolation requirements within industrial applications, and is ideally suited for the conveyance of water and less aggressive industrial applications.

  • PVC-U
  • Various liner options available
  • Sizes 1½" to 8" (imperial)
  • Sizes 50mm to 225mm (metric

Diaphragm valves

Our diaphragm valve range is specifically designed for either regulation or isolation with dirty or abrasive fluids. The diaphragm seal allows for sediment and solids in suspension to flow through the valve without obstruction.

Dialock®

The innovative Dialock® diaphragm valve is a compact and fully unionised offering, operated by the patented locking handwheel allowing the valve to be adjusted and locked in over 300 integral positions. The Dialock valve offers an integral optical positioning indicator which shows valve opening position along with the ability to brand the valve for identification purpose.

  • ABS, PVC-U, Corzan CPVC and Polypropylene
  • EPDM, FKM and PTFE seal options available
  • Travel-stop and stroke limiter options available
  • Sizes ½" to 2½" (imperial)
  • Sizes 20mm to 75mm (metric)
VM

The VM diaphragm valve offers a large-bore isolation and regulation solution, featuring a rising spindle indicating valve opening position and a gearbox for ease of operation.

  • PVC-U, Corzan CPVC and Polypropylene
  • EPDM, FKM and PTFE seal options available
  • Sizes 3" to 4" (imperial)
  • Sizes 90mm to 110mm (metric)

Ancillary valves

Our range also features a range of ancillary valves for industrial applications offering multiple system protection benefits.

Check valves

Our SX check valves are designed to protect pumps within a pipework system by preventing backflow. Our range includes innovative features such as an integrated branding module, a fully unionised design, and the ability to tighten union nuts with a multi-functional handle.

  • ABS, PVC-U, Corzan CPVC and Polypropylene
  • Ball/spring or wafer check options
